Off the dining room end of this room is a
small hall which leads to the shower room with WC and basin
and a fully equipped kitchen, containing electric cooker,
microwave, washing machine, fridge with small freezer
compartment toaster and kettle. There is also an iron and
ironing board.

Mill Barn sleeps four in one double bedroom
with 5 ft double bed and one twin bedded room. Between these
two rooms (accessible from both rooms) is a WC and
washbasin. Upstairs is the lounge with three piece suite, TV
and video and electric fire. The stairs separate the lounge
and dining room.
Mill Barn is fully carpeted and has night
storage heaters throughout. There is a tumble drier in the
laundry which is shared with Wheel Barn. The garden is across
the yard and has a b-b-q, garden furniture and washing line.
All linen (except towels) and electric included.
